This document captures 32 profiles of out-of-school initiatives that have succeeded in sustaining their work.  The profiles include initiatives that have taken place in rural and urban settings across the United States and that include many different programs of different ages and structures. The document shows common trends and strategies that have been used to achieve sustainability and demonstrates successful financing and sustainability strategies. It also includes a list of resources for learning more about financing and sustaining out-of-school programs.
