NEW Training for Cycle 5 Grantees

The National Partnership for Quality Afterschool Learning at SEDL is pleased to announce that registrations are now being accepted for the Technical Assistance workshops for Texas 21st CCLC Cycle V Grantees. The workshops are job specific, so, this is who should attend: Project Directors/Leaders, Fiscal Agents, Principals or other School/CBO leaders with direct ties and responsibilities for the grant.

Each participant is responsible for their own travel cost (flight and ground transportation) to and from their home to the workshop, hotel charges, and any meals that are not provided during the workshop. SEDL will provide lunch during the full day workshops, see Draft Agenda below.

Grants for Youth Development The Gannett Foundation is sponsoring Gannett Grants in areas where Gannett owns a daily paper or television station. The grants sponsor education and neighborhood improvement, economic development, community problem solving and more, with a certain percentage focused on youth development projects.
